SOFRA COOKBOOK

A cookbook, associated with the exhibition, will be published by Koç University Press, and will present recipes and detailed commentaries arising from the knowledge acquired during our workshops.

The cookbook will divide its focus between the presentation of recipes and specific practices, and more detailed commentary on attempts to mitigate the loss of this active knowledge. Thus it will act as a guidebook for those wishing to find solutions or at least comfort in their own struggle with modernity, as well as a permanent record of these recipes and activities.
